Mamed Khalidov

He maybe the most feared fighter outside of the UFC and has been undefeated for the last 7 years. The Current KSW Middleweight Champion and former KSW Light Heavyweight Champion has defeated the likes of UFC veteran Kendall Grove, Two-time Bellator Middleweight Challenger Melvin Manhoef, an two time Ultimate Fighter winner Jesse Taylor. Mamed has made a tremendous name for himself outside of the major organizations like World Series of Fighting, Bellator, and of course the UFC. Originally born in Soviet, Russia Mamed is now of polish citizenship and has been in KSW for now over 10 years. He has had a fight in the U.S. at the now defunct ShoXC against Jason Guida which via TKO in the 2nd round. Mamed is a great fighter but I would love to see what he can do against some of the best in the world. Mamed has been a mauler since entering the sport and has beat most opponents in dominant fashion. He is undefeated in the KSW promotion and has won two titles and two different weight classes. His last loss was to former UFC vet Jorge Santiago who he previously defeated by Knock out in the first round. With a record of 34-4-2 he has 20 finishes and believe me and still counting. Mamed is the real deal if you get a chance go on YouTube and look up his highlights and you will see why he is a lot of fans favorite fighter outside of the UFC. Mamed is great wherever the fight goes whether it's standing up or on the ground he will most likely secure a finish. He specializes in Sambo but boasts a crazy Muay Thai game and authentic submission skills. Mamed is the truth and he could knock a bull out with a bomb of a right hand. Be on the lookout for the next KSW event for him or maybe he will do another cross promotion fight. All's I know is I would love to see him in a major organization and take over MMA one day.
